Origin of the wood
We use only the highest quality oak staves to create the best barrels or casks. TB Tonnellerie selects oak from France (Vosges, Allier, Jupille) or from Russia, central Europe, and the Caucasus.
From the beginning, the ideal oak was sought: 120 to 170 years old.
