Quality charter
For several years, TB Tonnellerie has developed very demanding control and analysis criteria. From the selection of the wood, to the delivery in the cellars, each step of the manufacturing process is accredited by the certifications obtained by TB Tonnellerie.
TB Tonnellerie obtained the PEFC certificate in 2021. This certification guarantees a reinforced traceability of the wood used. Coming from French, Eastern European and Caucasian forests, sustainably managed and from controlled sources. The oak used by our cooperage is carefully selected for its quality and its respect for the environment.
